Schoolgirl Bailey has gotten herself into quite a predicament. She's been kidnapped by a pervert, tied up, taped into a thick disposable diaper, and locked into a playpen. Things only get worse when William finds Bailey's phone in her purse and texts a couple of her friends to lure them into the same trap. When William checks Bailey's diaper, he finds that it is soaked and proceeds to change her into a super-thick cloth diaper and humiliating ruffled plastic pants.
When Bailey's friends arrive William ambushes them and locks them in the playpen as well. Penny is the first girl to be taken out of the playpen (pulled by her pigtail), and William carries her to the crib for a paddling to bring her into line. When she refuses to take her paci like a good girl, William has to paddle her until she will be more obedient. Penny earns herself another spanking before finally being stripped and put into thick, cloth diapers too. To complete her transformation from schoolgirl to adult baby girl, William next dresses Penny in an adorable (and humiliating) baby girl romper.
