Penny and Bailey decide they're not going to listen to Miss Kat anymore, so they've drawn a bath and set down into it still wearing their diapers. Their diapers fill up with loads of bathwater until they're bulging and sagging off the girls. Miss Kat comes across the two naughty girls and decides that if they're going to act like babies, then she's going to treat them like babies. Miss Kat strips the girls out of the diapers, wraps them in cute little towels, and takes them up to the nursery.
She proceeds to re-diaper the girls in thick disposable diapers and dress them in adorable little sailor dresses. The two confounded girls are then put into the crib for a nap. Unsure what to think of their situation, but hesitant to cross their crazy boss since they need their jobs, Penny and Bailey stay in the crib together and try to think of what to do next.
