Adult baby girls Bailey and Penny are good girls at heart, but they think William's been way too mean lately. To make things right, Kat suggests that maybe the girls should put William in diapers and chastity. So when William gets home the girls pounce on him and unleash their diabolical plan for revenge! William goes along with the girls' plan for a while, expecting the girls to have their fun without things getting out of hand.
Christopher thinks he's in for some hot group sex, but things turn out a little differently than he planned. He doesn't know his new flings too well, but his hormones get the best of him when he agrees to be stripped and tied up. Soon things turn a little weird though, as the ladies powder Christopher's crotch and tape him into a thick, embarrassing diaper.
Katherine has been experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety lately, and her therapist, Sasha, thinks that regression therapy might be helpful for her. They start off the session slowly until Katherine is comfortable and relaxed. Sasha guides her through her regression into Little Kitty. First things first, Kitty gets changed out of her big girl clothes and into an adorable pink cloth diaper and plastic pants.
Penny and Bailey decide they're not going to listen to Miss Kat anymore, so they've drawn a bath and set down into it still wearing their diapers. Their diapers fill up with loads of bathwater until they're bulging and sagging off the girls. Miss Kat comes across the two naughty girls and decides that if they're going to act like babies, then she's going to treat them like babies. Miss Kat strips the girls out of the diapers, wraps them in cute little towels, and takes them up to the nursery.
Christopher and Jesse have gotten into trouble with Sasha too many times, and Sasha has decided they need a new punishment. The thickly diapered boys are told to kneel on the floor facing each other, and Sasha produces a bar of soap for the two of them. One end of the bar goes into Christopher's mouth, and the other end goes into Jesse's mouth.
