Jeffrey has been more stressed than usual at work lately, and it's starting to affect him in strange ways. For example, he's started grinding his teeth at night and sucking his thumb unconsciously! Fortunately for Jeffrey, his therapist Katherine wants to share with him a controversial therapy technique: regressive therapy. After introducing the idea to Jeffrey, Katherine persuades him to come take a look at her special "exam room" dedicated to regressive therapy.
At first Jeffrey is a little taken aback by what he finds in Katherine's "exam room," but he warms up to the idea quickly. He doesn't miss a beat as Katherine explains to him about being treated like a little boy or girl, and he happily drinks from a sippy cup after Katherine gets him up onto the crib.
Things are going so well already that Katherine decides to take thing to the next level and get Jeffrey into a nice pair of thick, cloth diapers. She has the boy strip naked, climb up onto the adult-sized changing table, and pins him into soft, thick cloth diapers.
Next up is to get Jeffrey dressed in "little" clothes, and Katherine thinks he would benefit from being a little girl rather than a little boy...
